Some products are printed or produced after an order is placed, which may require additional production time before shipment.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If an order is returned or delayed because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply.

Questions regarding damaged, defective, lost, or incorrect items are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

Because digital products cannot be physically returned, refund eligibility may differ from physical merchandise and is governed by our Refund & Return Policy and applicable law.

KingDoMedia is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with KingDoMedia.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and KingDoMedia, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services.

You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with KingDoMedia to the extent permitted by applicable law.
